You may request up to two Free trial bags; however, requests for the same recipe are not permitted.

K-9 ARTEFACTS reserves the right to decline any request for a 340g Trial Bag without obligation to provide a reason for the rejection.

Processing requests typically takes 5-7 working days.

Upon confirmation of your request, if you choose self-collection for the 340g Trial Bag, our team will notify you when it is ready for pick-up.

Collection can be made at K-9 ARTEFACTS located at EASTECH Building, Block 3016 Bedok North Ave 4 #06-08, Singapore 489947, during office hours from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM.

You must collect your trial bag within fourteen (14) days of notification; failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your request.

For delivery payment, 1 trial bag is $9 and 2 trial bags are $18. With 2 Free bags request you will receive an additional free bag limited to stock availability.

Repeated requests for the same recipe are not permitted.

Our team reserves the right to follow up regarding the progress of your trial.

All items received are strictly not for resale.

If you wish to cancel your request, please email us at enquiry@k9artefacts.com. Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) working days. Please note that cancellations cannot be made once courier arrangements for the delivery of the 340g Trial Bag have been initiated.
