1. K-9 ARTEFACTS reserves the right to refuse any request of 340g Trial Bag.
2. Upon confirmation of your request by our team and if you opt for self-collection of the 340g Trial Bag, our team will send you a notification that the 340g Trial Bag is ready to be collected.
3. Collection shall be made within Fourteen (14) days upon notification failing which your request may be cancelled.
4. Collection can be made at K-9 ARTEFACTS @ EASTECH Building, Block 3016 Bedok North Ave 4 #06-08 Singapore 489947 during office hours from Monday to Friday, 10am - 5pm.
5. Our team reserves the right to contact you for a follow up for the Trial progress.
6. If you would like to cancel your request, kindly drop us an email at enquiry@k9arteracts.com and refund of payments shall be made within Three (3) working days. Please be advised that cancellation cannot be made once courier service has been arranged to deliver the 340g Trial Bag.
7. K-9 ARTEFACTS reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
