Trial Request – Terms & Conditions
Customers may request up to two (2) items only – either 340g Trial Bag, or two (2) trial items.
Requests for the same recipe are not permitted.
K-9 ARTEFACTS reserves the right to decline any request for a 340g Trial Bag without obligation to provide a reason.
Processing of trial requests typically takes 5–7 working days.
Upon confirmation, customers who choose self-collection will be notified once the item is ready.

• Collection location: EASTECH Building, Block 3016 Bedok North Ave 4 #06-08, Singapore 489947

• Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM

• Trial items must be collected within fourteen (14) days from notification, failing which the request may be cancelled.

• Delivery option is available. Delivery fee is $9 per request, whether it is one (1) bag of 340g Trial Bag or two (2) trial items.

• For delivery arrangements, please contact +65 8010 4434 after payment has been made to UEN: 201614970H.

• With a request of two (2) free trial items, customers may receive one (1) additional free, subject to stock availability.

• Repeated requests for the same recipe are strictly not allowed.

• All trial items received are not for resale.

• To cancel your request, please email enquiry@k9artefacts.com. Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) working days.

• Cancellations are not allowed once courier arrangements have been initiated.

• K-9 ARTEFACTS reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
